These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and PropertyScope ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") concerning your access to and use of the propertyscope.com.au website and related services (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• You are not barred from using the Service under Australian law
• All information you provide is accurate and truthful

3. Description of Service

PropertyScope provides:

• AI-powered property analysis and valuation reports
• Property investment insights and recommendations
• Suburb statistics and market trend analysis
• Property matching based on user preferences
• Financial calculators for property investment

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

4.1 Plans and Pricing

We offer Free, Basic ($99/month), and Pro ($299/month) subscription plans. Pricing and features are subject to change with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

4.2 Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
• Payment is processed via Stripe on your subscription start date
• All fees are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable
• You authorize us to charge your payment method on each billing cycle
• Failed payments may result in service suspension

4.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds for partial months, except as outlined in Section 5.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee:

• Request a full refund within 7 days of your first payment
• Contact support@propertyscope.com.au with your refund request
• Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
• After 7 days, all payments are non-refundable
• This guarantee applies only to your first subscription payment

6. Disclaimers and Limitations

6.1 No Professional Advice

PropertyScope provides information and analysis tools only. We do not provide:

• Financial advice or investment recommendations
• Legal advice or contract review
• Real estate agency services
• Property inspection or valuation services
• Tax or accounting advice

6.2 "As Is" Service

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any legal action shall be brought exclusively in the courts of New South Wales.
