Using PropertyScope

Thank you for visiting PropertyScope.com.au (the “Site”), which exists solely to help users in gathering and sharing information about real estate agents. The Site is provided by PropertyScope (“us”, “we”, “our”) for use by customers visiting the Site and/or contributing content to the Site (“you”, “your”).  It is important that you read, understand and accept these terms and conditions before using the Site and our services.

By using the Site or any of its features, you accept unconditionally and without modification these terms and conditions in their entirety. You also agree to be legally bound by those terms and conditions. • use the Site’s trademarks in any manner that may cause confusion, discredit, disrepute, or disparage the Site.  The said trademarks shall not be used in connection of any producdts or services that does not belong to the Site without express written permission from us.
• use the site’s logo or other graphic as the link or part of the link without express consent from us.

User generated content

You are solely responsible for any content submitted, published or posted on the Site under your login.

PropertyScope reserves the right to refuse to post, remove or change any content submitted by You. However this does not infer any obligation on us to check, investigate, moderate or censor content submitted, published or posted by You.

We do not condone or approve any statements, opinion, ratings, reviews, materials or other content submitted, published or posted by You. You are fully responsible for the content that you submit, publish or post on the Site.

Upon you submitting, publishing or posting content on the Site, you grant PropertyScope a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable and full right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate and create derivative words from, distribute and display such content worldwide by whatsoever means.

Upon submitting, publishing or posting content to the Site you grant PropertyScope the right to use the name that you submit with regards to such content.

You may not submit any content to the Site that is unlawful, libellous, illegal, infringing of intellectual property rights, obscene, containing foul language, profane, threatening, misrepresentative, inaccurate, dishonest, invasive of privacy, injurious to third parties, contain software viruses, political agenda, chain letters, mass mailings or any form of spam.

Other conditions

PropertyScope may provide some content for the website and it takes reasonable level of care in doing so.  However mistakes do happen and PropertyScope disclaims any liability for those mistakes or any repercussions from them.

Should any entities or individuals suffer loss, damages, loss of reputation, loss of earnings or potential earnings, loss of profits, incidental and consequential damage, loss of goodwill resulting from the content or materials on the Site, inability to use the Site, we will undertake no responsibility and assume no liability in respect of such content or materials posted by us, our users or any third party.

You agree to indemnify and hold PropertyScope, its affiliates, officers, agents, and other partners and employees harmless from any loss, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Site, or resulting from the content or materials that you supply.
