For Agents

A powerful tool

PropertyScope is designed to add transparency to the often stressful process of buying and selling a home. And that can be a powerful tool for agents.

Claim your listing

We invite real estate agents all over the country to participate in the site by registering to manage your listing. This will allow you to keep your contact details up to date, add in links to your own website and a blurb on what you offer vendors. Additionally, it will mean you can be notified of any reviews that appear on the site and respond to them if you like.  Just register, log in and click on the 'Claim' button on your page (just underneath your name).

Encouraging good quality reviews

We have some postcards for agents to give to their vendors in order to encourage reviews - please send us an email if you'd like some sent to you.  Or how about adding this to your email signature:
If you are pleased with my service, tell the world on PropertyScope PropertyScope_Icon

Just send us an email and we'll customise the graphic so it links right to your PropertyScope page.

Alternatively use this letter from us to your clients which we hope will assist you in getting reviews.

Tips to make PropertyScope work for you

The internet is the great equaliser, so if you’re new to the game, tell your vendors how helpful it would be if they registered at PropertyScope and reviewed you.  Do it as soon as you can after the sale, and before they get too busy packing boxes.

It's important that you claim your listing – register and login to PropertyScope and click the ‘Claim’ button just under  your name.  You will then be notified of any reviews and can respond to them, as well as make sure all your contact details are up to date.  Even add a photo if you like.

If your first review isn’t favourable, don’t stress about it, but do something about it.  The public knows you can’t keep everyone happy all the time, and they are used to seeing unfavourable reviews even for their favourite restaurants.  There are two things to do:

  1. Claim your listing as above.  Once verified, this will enable you to respond to the review.  Potential clients will be interested in how you deal with a negative review as much as anything, and this is where you can really stand out.  Be factual and not emotive when responding to any negative feedback – vendors want to see that you’re reasonable and a safe pair of hands.
  2. Balance the review out with some positive ones from your best clients.  We have some materials to help you do this under 'encouraging good reviews', above.

Featured Agent Program

Agents that have a good ratings history are invited to participate in the Featured Agent Program. As a featured agent, vendors performing a search in the suburb/s you cover will find your name in the number one spot at the top of the list. The Program is available to only one agent in each area, so please drop us a line at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it for details on how to participate.
