It’s a rite of passage for everyone in Australia to buy their own home, then upgrade it as many times as they can in search of their castle. The team at PropertyScope is no different and it is through these experiences that we have become increasingly frustrated with some agents, and impressed with others.

And so PropertyScope was born.

There are a lot of impeccably honest real estate agents – quoting what they genuinely believe the property is worth and providing fantastic service to buyers and sellers. PropertyScope is designed to put the spotlight on these agents, allow these agents to show off and receive the attention they deserve.

Of course, there are some agents that have given less-than-desirable experiences to real estate buyers and sellers.  PropertyScope aspires to let consumers know about these experiences so they can make better-informed choices when dealing with real estate agents – whether you are selecting an agent to sell your property or, as a buyer, trying to work out whether to believe an agent’s quote.  And hopefully by adding this transparency to the market we can encourage real estate agents to do the right thing by consumers.
