You organised the professional photographer, who took wonderful photographs of the property, he was very thorough and made sure that I was happy with all shots before he left. Our home was then listed the following week, with the property appearing in the Maxwell Collins Property Magazine & E-Mag and in the Geelong Advertiser the Saturday of our first open. On the morning of the open you arrived early to make sure that everything was in order and to give reassurance - furthermore immediately after the open you called to offer feedback from prospective purchasers' which was most appreciative. With initial offers in the first weekend you guided us through the process which resulted in an outstanding result and the house had been on the market for only three days! Impressing both Mick and I was your willingness to go into the office on your day off to arrange for the contracts to be prepared, so that the purchasers' could sign on the Monday as they would be away from the Tuesday, possibly further delaying the process. The contracts exchanged on the Tuesday as you said they would - with all things going smoothly. I believe that this is due to your diligence and very caring manner.
