We could say it a thousand times. We were getting a little jaded with Real Estate salesmen after 6 months of trying to sell our home, two different Real Estate agents and a lot of wasted money in advertising that was selling one of our agents rather than our house. It got to the stage where we thought we were the ones being sold, rather than the house. Then we heard about All Properties.
We were sceptical at first. Other agents had come in and promised us the world, not these guys. They started talking about presentation. We spent a bit of time following their advice, the photos were taken, it went on the web at about midday and a contract was delivered to us that afternoon. They delivered, at a small cost to us and we received a better price than we expected. They were positive, cheerful, professional and bent over backwards to make sure that we were happy.
