Very professional
Simone was very open and honest in regards to her valuation and the vendor's expectations. She was in constant email communication with upcoming open homes, and prior to the auction ensured we were aware of all documentation etc required for the day.
After the auction she sent an email confirming the reserve price was $810k - bidders just went a bit crazy!
Having seen the hard work she does behind the scenes, and her honesty, I would choose Simone to sell my property.
